Built data aggregation pipelines and AngularJS dashboards to visualize sample volumes, test performance, turnaround time, and KPIs; integrated with the LIMS data layer for real-time monitoring and data-driven decisions across labs.

COVID Special Test Accessioning System

Developed a specialized accessioning workflow to handle COVID-19 diagnostic samples received from multiple laboratory branches and collection centers.
